Movement Intros are workshops designed to introduce our movement practice.
A taste of what we do and how we work: an experience full of movement, play, and interaction that gives you an idea of the themes we also explore in our weekly classes. Three hours of practical exploration to experience firsthand the benefits of conscious movement.
This is not a fitness class, nor a traditional workout, nor training aimed at a single discipline. A Movement Intro gives you the opportunity to learn how to move better — developing strength, mobility, balance, and new movement possibilities that you can bring into everyday life, sports, or any other practice.
What to Expect
During the workshop we will explore:

Functional strength and mobility: making the body stronger and freer without overload

Balance and coordination: moving with more stability, agility, and control
