Our Online Coaching originates from experience, active listening, and a deep passion for movement. Designed for anyone who wishes to develop through Movement, this journey offers continuous support from two experienced coaches.
This is not a one-size-fits-all program, it’s a living process that evolves with you. Together, we build a personalized practice shaped around your goals, interests, and availability.
Who is it for
This path is open to everyone: curious beginners, experienced movers, young people seeking direction, or adults rediscovering the joy of intelligent and free movement.
The only requirement is willingness to engage, starting from where you are. You don’t need to be athletic or sporty to begin.

A holistic and integrated approach: Feldenkrais Method & Movement Culture
Our method is rooted in years of experience with the Feldenkrais Method and Ido Portal’s Movement Culture. This integration is not aesthetic or coincidental, but the result of a clear pedagogical intention.
Training with us means developing motor intelligence, adaptability, and awareness, not just skills or performance. We offer deep, sensitive guidance aimed at personal growth.

Starting from your uniqueness, we create personalized movement sequences that support organic, sustainable, and motivating progress.
With our Online Coaching, you’ll receive:
- Detailed descriptions of each exercise and sequence
- Video tutorials accessible online, anytime
- Direct, ongoing contact with both coaches:
- WhatsApp support for questions, feedback, and clarifications (within reasonable hours!)
- A monthly video call to review and recalibrate your practice
- Beginning-of-cycle and End-of-cycle video review (no judgment—just tools to move forward)

How it works
Each coaching block lasts approximately 6 weeks—an ideal timeframe to explore and develop a direction, without falling into repetition. At the end of each cycle, we review your progress together and introduce new challenges or adjustments. The program is designed to inspire growth without pressure: every suggestion is a direction, not an obligation.
The goal is not just to train the body, but to cultivate a way of learning centered on the person. Working on strength, balance, coordination, rhythm, and somatic awareness helps you develop qualities that resonate beyond movement: greater presence, resilience, and freedom.
How to start
To tailor our coaching to your needs, we ask for the following at the beginning:
- A few short introductory videos (following our guidelines) to get to know you better
- An introductory call to listen to your goals and design the journey together

Each program emerges from the meeting point between what you already know or enjoy and what can help you grow. We always encourage you to include at least one area that challenges you: even just 10% of discomfort can fuel deep and complete growth.

Pricing and payments
To activate your Online Coaching journey, an initial payment of at least 2 months is required, covering the first 6 weeks of active practice. Payment must be made before the introductory call, to reserve your spot in the program.
The 30-day period only starts from the day of the introductory call, so you won’t lose time in case it takes a few days to schedule the meeting.
The program starts at €150.00 per month, and will vary depending on how much time you choose to dedicate to your daily practice and your level of long-term commitment. We’ll provide all the details during our first contact, so we can shape the program around your needs and intentions.
