What We Offer

Looking to improve your overall fitness level, become stronger and more mobile, train with awareness, and avoid injuries? Our private Personal Training sessions (Functional Movement Coaching) are designed for people who want real, sustainable results – starting from their own body, needs, and goals.

No generic programs or copy-paste routines: every session is fully tailored to you, based on a detailed movement assessment.

We help you:

  • Increase strength and endurance
  • Improve mobility and flexibility to move more freely
  • Enhance balance and motor control
  • Recover from injuries or prevent strain and overload
  • Stay fit and active in the long term
  • Develop better coordination and movement efficiency
  • Focus on a specific goal or practice: handstands, bodyweight strength, floorwork, dance, martial arts, acrobatics, and more

How do sessions work

Each session lasts around 75 minutes and includes three key phases:

  • Initial Consultation - We listen to your needs, goals, and previous experiences to understand what really matters to you.
  • Movement Analysis - We observe how you move – not only in exercises but also in everyday actions like walking, standing, or transitioning.
  • Customized Training - You’ll be guided through specific exercises, progressions, and strategies that you can integrate into your practice or routine.

After the session, you’ll receive practical guidance to help you keep training effectively on your own.
