9 hours of practice over two days

A whole weekend fully dedicated to movement — designed for anyone who wants to take time for themselves, rediscover their body, develop new skills, and learn to move in freer and more effective ways.

What We’ll Do

Over the two days of immersion, you’ll take part in practical explorations where movement becomes a true tool for self-knowledge and transformation.
This is not just training: it’s a path that integrates:

  • Functional strength & mobility – smart exercises to make the body stronger, more stable, and freer, without overload

  • Floorwork & dynamic sequences – moving close to the ground to develop agility, coordination, and fluidity

  • Balance & stability – gaining more control, confidence, and agility in movement

  • Motor coordination – improving the connection between body and mind, making movements smoother, more precise… and having fun while “shaking up” your thoughts

  • Awareness – listening to the body, optimizing effort, and discovering new movement possibilities

  • Games & partner/group interactions – stimulating new motor responses, learning from others, and enjoying the process together

  • Somatic practices – reconnecting with yourself and improving the quality of daily movement

The Movement Immersion is open to everyone: there are no limits of age, fitness level, or previous experience.

It’s especially designed for:

  • Anyone curious to rediscover themselves through movement and get to know their body better

  • Those who want to move more but don’t know where to start

  • Movers and practitioners from other disciplines (athletes, dancers, martial artists, yogis, etc.) who want to broaden and enrich their practice

  • Coaches, teachers, or personal trainers interested in exploring new approaches to training and teaching

  • Performers and artists who want to bring more awareness, fluidity, and expression into their movement
