Free Outdoor Class – Christmas Special

Agnese and Stefano hanging

An invitation to move, connect, and spend time together… outdoors!

This year we decided to celebrate Christmas a little differently. Instead of the usual aperitivo or dinner, we want to share what we care about most: movement. And what better opportunity than practicing all together, outside, in a quiet green space that’s perfect for exploring new possibilities?

What Is It?

A free two-hour class open to anyone who wants to join: students from our weekly lessons, friends, family members, kids, colleagues… anyone curious about moving in new and playful ways.

We’ll meet in a small park where we often practice—surrounded by trees and sheltered from city noise. A space that inspires, welcomes, and allows you to explore movement in ways that aren’t always possible in the studio.

What We’ll Do

We’ll use the entire environment to propose practices that are:

  • dynamic and playful
  • exploratory and creative
  • adapted to the winter weather (don’t worry — we’ll warm up by moving!)
  • designed to discover new ways of using your body
  • stimulating presence, awareness, strength… and fun

It will be a moment to find warmth through movement, more than through the weather

No experience or specific fitness level needed. Every activity will be adapted to the people present.

Why Join

  • it’s free
  • it’s outdoors
  • it’s a different (and healthy!) way to spend time together
  • it allows you to try practices we can’t always do indoors
  • it boosts energy, connection, and good mood
  • it helps you see the park… as a natural gym

And if we feel like it, after class we might grab lunch together nearby.
