Born and raised in Milan until the age of 11, I develop my connection with movement and nature very early on. I prefer in fact to think that, rather than having developed it, I simply never lost this connection that we are all born with.
For a couple of years, during primary school (whose facilities are inside a park), I attend a Circus school, where I mainly explore some acrobatic work, trying out disciplines such as trapeze and aerial rope. This experience with the circus further increases my curiosity for playing, body explorations and movement in general.
After primary school, my family moves to a small village in Piemonte. This difficult transition between two such different worlds is mitigated by the opportunity to further consolidate my bond with nature and animals.
During my language high school, I devote myself to running, pallapugno leggera (a ball sport only practised in a few Italian regions) and horse riding.
My passion for languages and cultures leads me to attend a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistic and Cultural Mediation Sciences in Milan. I spend one of the three years of study in Valencia (Spain) where I open up to new ways of living and seeing the world.
I continue my studies with a two-years MA in Translation and Interpreting in Swansea (UK). After my graduation, I remain in the country to work for a Welsh company and, meanwhile, I complete the first two levels of the British Horse Society’s Riding and Horsemanship course.
After 5 years in the UK, again, I feel the need to continue exploring and broadening my knowledge of the world, with its many facets. My explorations take me to Central America for a time, where I backpack around and immerse into new cultures and situations which widen my vision of life even more.

The Feldenkrais method
Born and raised in a Feldenkrais family, the method has always somehow been part of my life. As a child, I used to happily run around in the professional training courses organised by my parents. For a few years, Feldenkrais became the thing that took my parents away from me and I didn't even want to hear about.
Then, in 2011, I start practising the method as a path for personal discovery. Since then, I never stopped.
Over the years, I attend numerous workshops and professional training courses, both in Italy and abroad, having the opportunity to study under the guidance of several international Trainers.
In January 2023, with the training course “Milano-Levico 6”, directed by Mara Fusero, I get my certification as Feldenkrais® practitioner (for both Awareness Through Movement® classes and Functional Integration® sessions).
Currently, I am the Administrator of FELDENKRAIS® Movimento e Funzione S.r.l. and I am responsible for the organisation of two Feldenkrais® professional training courses in Italy (Milano – Levico 7 International and Monferrato 3). I regularly participate in international workshops and training courses, both as a guest and as a Mentor for students.
Through Feldenkrais I also find the perfect application for my language studies and have been working as an interpreter in professional trainings for 5 years now.
The Movement Culture by Ido Portal
In 2024, I encounter Ido Portal's Movement Culture, which radically changes my life. I begin to dedicate a large part of my daily life to practice, exploring ways of moving which allow me to discover yet another approach to movement.
I start practicing with different modalities, some more familiar (acrobatics, locomotion and floorwork) and some completely new (strength sessions, coordination, rhythm, handstand). I also join the online coaching with Ido Portal’s team.
If Feldenkrais helped me find my way of being present to myself and use myself at my best, Movement is what allowed me to use that awareness to enter new and challenging movement explorations. Feldenkrais is the HOW and Movement is the MEANS to use my own full potential.
